Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.

    • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, intimate goods, perishable items, and custom-made products are non-returnable.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
